We are a digital agency and ONLINE is our online digital agency service aiming at reducing the amount of time spent on project scoping / quoting / admin / invoicing / enquiring, especially for small to medium sized websites.
This is so we can offer an easier and faster services at a best cost for the quality of work, post-launch support and services that we provide.
All clients are different and so are all projects therefore we cannot always provide a set cost for your project. That said, we can provide you with a rough budget estimation with some common examples.
Cost for a ‘Do-it-yourself starting from a template’ website

Please note that depending on each website, the full amount of allocated time may be required to handle maintenance tasks only, especially for outdated websites and websites built with page builders and using several plugins. Custom requests and Pay As You Go for small or regular tasks
Purchase credits and use them when you need extra assistance, a new feature, a new design; anything outside of your maintenance plan.
You can duplicate a previously submitted task to request similar jobs making the process easy and efficient. For example, if you need a homepage banner design every now and then. Once the first banner request is completed, simply duplicated the request, pay with your credits and the job can start immediately.
We charge based on skill level and time required per task. Custom development, for example, requires more skills than uploading content. A middleweight developer spends more time on a task than a senior would. In this case, a Credit is worth more time spent by a middleweight VS senior team member. Depending on the urgency of your project, your cost can also vary following the same principle.
We provide high quality work making sure that the cost/quality of work is as fair as possible while providing a high level of trust compared to using a freelancer.
Agencies often charge over HKD 800 per hour for basic support. We charge between HKD 500 – HKD 1000 per hour depending on the task and before any volume discount is applied. Also, our tools and overall setup reduce dramatically the time spent on project management and delivery, therefore, a lot of time is saved reducing your cost even further.
If you created your website directly on our platform (as opposed to migrating an existing site on the platform), we will also be very efficient therefore our time quoted is likely going to be a lot less than you are used to with other web agencies.
